New village website

Partly to solve that spam problem, partly to save me some work in the future, the village website now has a sparkly new CMS. CMS = Content Management System and it will meant that I have to spend less time updating the site (as it will enable others to add things as well as me). It also adds a whole host of gadgets I’ve been meaning to add for a while, like a forum.
